We accept 500.00 deposits on any of our present or upcoming litters. You will get to choose your puppy in the order that you gave your deposit. We will put you on our waitlist for the size and color puppy that you prefer. (F1 Standards, F1 Minis or F1b Tiny’s) We will also need to know what date works best for you to get a puppy.
We will keep you up-to-date on when the puppies are born, and we will contact you to schedule a time for you to choose your puppy. We would love to have you come visit when it’s your time to choose your precious puppy. If that’s not a possibility for you, we will send you pictures and videos and also FaceTime with you to help you decide which puppy is the best fit for you.
We will be posting individual pictures of the puppies on our website after they have turned a few days old.
Then again when they are 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 6 weeks old.
Then again when they are 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 6 weeks old.
You are welcome to choose your puppy at 2 weeks old but generally people like to wait until their puppy is 4 or 5 weeks old. We have learned that the puppy’s personality is more developed at this age.
Our puppies will all be micro-chipped, up-to-date on Bordetella, NeoPar & NeoVac vaccines, dewormed, have a health certificate, a 2-year health guarantee, their vaccination schedule, be eligible to be registered and have their dew claws removed. Each puppy will come with a toy, a collar and a leash. They will also come with a blankie that has their mother’s scent on it to help them feel comfortable in their new home.
We don’t have an application for you to fill out, but we appreciate it when people give us a brief description of their family & home. We love to have an idea where our puppies will be living.
Thank You, Willard & Edna

Shipping
OPTION #1 Our favorite way is having you come to our facilities to pick up your sweet Bernedoodle puppy. We love meeting the people who will be giving our precious Bernedoodle puppies a new home.
OPTION #2 We have flight nanny’s that will bring your puppy to you. They will travel in cabin with your puppy and never let them out of their sight. You will be required to meet them at the airport to receive your puppy. The cost for this option is between 600.00 to 700.00 depending on where you live. This is the total cost and includes the airplane ticket.
OPTION #3 You may fly in to our closest airport which is CMI airport in Savoy, IL. and we will meet you at the airport with your puppy. You can then fly back to your home with your puppy in cabin with you. You will need a carrier that fits under the seat in front of you to take your puppy on the plane with you. We don’t charge to bring your puppy to you at the airport if you fly into CMI but if we need to drive to any other airport there will be an added charge. You may also rent a car and come visit us so you can meet your puppy's parents and see their first home.
What Your Puppy Comes With

They will also come with a blanket that's been rubbed on mama and has been hanging by their bed so the scent is comforting to them. (Purina Pro Plan Sport All Ages Performance 30/20 chicken & rice).

What You Might Still Need
We have provided you with some of the basics to get you started with your new puppy. However, you will still need to grab a few things before welcoming them into your home. We highly encourage crate training your new puppy so a wire crate is essential. To make your puppy extra comfortable in their new home we would suggest getting a soft and cozy pet bed. You will want to use a gentle shampoo for your sweet new puppy, our favorite brand is TropiClean dog shampoo, there are several great fomulas and scents to choose from. A slicker brush will also be very helpful to keep your new puppy's hair coat silky soft and free from matts. You may want to order or pick up a bag of the food your puppy is currently eating (Purina Pro Plan Sport All Ages Performance 30/20 Chicken & Rice). We highly recommend continuing to feed your puppy the same food. Soft training treats will be so helpful when training your new puppy, we love using BilJac Little Jacs small dog training treats. Puppies love to chew, so make sure you have durable chew toys that do not contain easy-to-remove fibers or plastic pieces. Our favorite blow dryer for our puppies is called Shelandy Groomer which we ordered from Amazon.
Trupanion
We are partnering with Trupanion to help you decide which insurance you want for your pet. When you receive your puppy, you will get a code that Trupanion gave us. If you sign up with Trupanion you will get one month of free coverage-anything that happens to your puppy within the first month is covered. After the first month you may continue using Trupanion Insurance or you may cancel your coverage. We highly recommend signing up for your first month of free coverage. We also recommend comparing Trupanion’ s rates and coverage with other pet insurance providers.

Health Guarantee
Below is our 2-year health guarantee available for you to review.
To the best of the seller’s knowledge this puppy is sound and in good health. It is understood that the puppy is to be taken to a licensed veterinarian within 1 week of the purchase. If the puppy is not examined by a vet of the buyer’s choice within 1 week from purchase, this contract is null and void.
If the puppy is found to have a genetic disorder by the veterinarian within the first 2 years of the puppy’s life, we will replace the puppy at no cost to the buyer. We provide this warranty for two years after the date of sale against any debilitating congenital defects. In the event the puppy exhibits symptoms of a suspected debilitating congenital defect, the buyer must supply any requested veterinary records to the seller within seven days of informing the seller of the defect. We have the right to require a second opinion from a veterinarian of the seller’s choice at the seller’s expense.
Hypoglycemia, malnutrition, dehydration, and physical exhaustion are not covered under the terms of this contract.
You as the owner are required to: give all immunizations (including rabies), keep them on a regular worming schedule that your vet recommends, check for internal parasites every three months until one year of age, start the puppy on heartworm prevention between four and six months of age. Please understand that although your puppy has been on a regular worming schedule the stress of the move can bring out conditions that were dormant. These conditions are all treatable and your puppy will just need a little time to adjust to being in his/her new home.
For purposes of this agreement, once the puppy leaves the sellers premises, it is under the buyer’s responsibility and the seller is no longer responsible for any veterinary bills. If any treatment is rendered it is at the expense of the buyer.
Seller is bound only to the original buyer. No warranties expressed or implied are made under the terms of the contract except as stated above.
I, the buyer, agree to take my puppy to a licensed vet within 1 week of purchase to validate this written contract. I also understand the care instructions and have been provided with sufficient information in regards to the puppy. If for any reason I have a question, I realize I can contact the seller directly.
